It’s a time when it seems that more and more of our lives are moving online and many connections and relationships are becoming ‘virtual’. Maps represent the inherently physical aspects of our lives. Despite the rapid movement to the online and virtual (email, texts, social media, streaming, etc.), everyone seems to love maps as it links them to important physical places, times and relationships. Maps represent where we grew up, live, went to school, got engaged or fell in love.
It’s with this sense of the physical, combined with the historical, that is the inspiration for Nautical Chart Prints and our collection of maps.
Look for the places that are meaningful you. We’d love to hear from you about why they are important or ‘your happy place’.
Over the coming year, we will be adding even more nautical charts for a wide variety of areas (let us know if there is a map you’d like to see added to the collection!). We will also be adding chart prints on a variety of items and materials.
